When you will hear back
Every message sent through this form is read by a person, not routed automatically. We reply on business days, Sunday to Thursday between 09:00 and 17:00; a message sent over the weekend or on a holiday eve is answered on the next working day. If your enquiry concerns a guided walkthrough, we will try to propose a time in the first reply, to save an extra round of scheduling.
If, after that first reply, you decide the system is not a fit, one line is enough and we close the enquiry with no further follow-up. If you have not decided, you can leave the questions open and come back in a month or two — the thread keeps its context and there is no need to start again.
What to include in your message
A useful answer depends on a few details that are easy to give upfront. The clearer the picture, the more specific and less generic our reply can be:
- How many practitioners work in the clinic, and how many of them document their own visits.
- Which tools are in use today: a calendar, a spreadsheet, invoicing software, paper files, or an existing system.
- What bothers you most right now — waiting times, documentation, collection, finding documents, or something else.
- Whether documentation also includes photographs, video, or imaging studies.
- Whether data has to be migrated from a previous system, and roughly how much of it.
- The timeline you are working to: this month, next quarter, or a preliminary enquiry only.
You do not need to attach any documents to start a conversation. Please do not send identifying patient details through the form or by email; if a real data structure has to be examined at a later stage, we will arrange that separately and securely.
Which channel suits what
The form on this page is the simplest way to make first contact, and it reaches the product team directly. Email is convenient once a thread is already open or when a file has to be attached. The phone suits a short question or scheduling a time; for detailed technical questions it is better to write, so we can answer precisely rather than from memory.
And if you only wanted to see how the system looks and behaves, there is no need to contact us at all: the live demo is open to use in your browser, with no sign-up and no installation. You can start there and write to us afterwards, once you have seen the screens and have specific questions.
