Transfer of Information to Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share information with service providers acting on our behalf, including Google, for the purpose of providing analytics services. These providers are subject to confidentiality and data-security obligations. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, by a judicial order, or by the demand of a competent authority.

Retention and Security of the Information

We retain the information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. We take reasonable and accepted measures to secure the information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure, but we cannot guarantee absolute protection against every risk.

Medical Context — Important Clarification

CareOS is a cloud system for clinic management and for managing electronic medical records (EMR). The processing of patients’ medical information takes place within the CareOS system itself, in a secure and separate environment, subject to a specific engagement agreement with the client (the clinic or medical organization) and in accordance with the legal provisions applicable to medical information.
